We are not responsible for any damage caused by the modification of your console. Installation of our products will void your
Xbox warranty and is done entirely at your own risk. You should seek a qualified "Mod Shop" or installer if you are unsure of how to use our products.
We make no promise that our web site will be uninterrupted or entirely error free. Because of the nature of the Internet, CyGlo's online shopping service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. |
| CYGLO'S 30 DAY WARRANTY |
| We Guarantee all of our "Nine-Five" and "Nine-Three" series Xbox LED Lighting Systems to be free of defects in materials and worksmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase.
Should your "Nine-Five" or "Nine-Three" series product have a problem within 30 days, we will replace or repair it free of charge.
Provided it is returned to us in its original unaltered condition (this means you havent soldered, physically altered, abused or misused the product). This warranty also covers the CYGLO LEDS, which
have been tested at our facility and rarely go bad. |
| PAYMENT OPTIONS |
You can make purchases with Visa, MasterCard, Discover(Novus) or an American Express credit card. You may also choose to pay with your PayPal account, however you should be aware that we will not ship
orders to a non-confirmed PayPal shipping address. To ensure that shopping on-line with us is secure, your credit card details are 128 bit encrypted to minimize the possibility of someone being able to view your personal information as it is sent to us over the Internet.
You may also make purchases by Personal Check via Paypal if you wish. You will need to have a PayPal account set up in advance to do this. Sorry but we do not accept "mail in" checks or money orders at this time. We do not ship C.O.D. all purchases must be paid in advance. |
| SHIPPING AND DELIVERY |
WE SHIP WORLDWIDE, however we DO NOT deliver to P.O. Box address under any circumstances, WE WILL DELIVER to military APO and APE addresses via USPS Priority Mail.
We will make every effort to deliver within the time stated on our web site but we will not be liable for any loss caused to you by late delivery. If the goods are not delivered within the delivery time which we quote for that item, please contact us by email. We will try and ensure that you receive your order, as quickly as possible.
You are responsible for giving us the correct shipping address, any order that is returned because of an incorrect address will be canceled and your order will be refunded less shipping and handling.
You will need to place the order again. We will not be held responsible for mis-delivered packages because of an error with the shipping address you supplied.
Your items are generally shipped the same day you place your order (Mon-Fri) excluding major holidays. |
| RETURNS AND EXCHANGES |
We believe that you will be delighted with your product, but there may be occasions where you feel it necessary to return an item. We aim to keep the process as simple as possible. All products come with a 30 day warranty. Items cannot be shipped back without contacting us first to discuss method of shipment and to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization.
Returned goods must be received no later than 30 days after the original shipping date. The original shipping date is the day the order was shipped from our warehouse.
You are responsible for the shipping costs when returning item(s) to us. We will in turn be responsible for the cost of shipping items back to you. This applies to all returns without exception.
Any goods returned (up to 30 days after the invoice date) that were purchased in error or tested not faulty will be subject to a 15% re-stocking charge. This applies to all sales without exception. We reserve the right to determine whether or not a product is defective. All returns of non-defective material are subject to a 15% restocking fee; we do not credit back shipping/handling costs. Non-defective merchandise is returnable for store credit or exchange only. |
